
Reservations and Payments
Following your demand for reservation, the Chalet du Dômes des Sonnailles agency will send you your contract, which will inform you of the different services, the price of your stay and the deadline for your confirmation.
Your reservation will be confirmed as soon as we receive your signed contract and a down payment which amounts to 25% of the total amount for your accommodation.
If we have not received your contract and/or down payment by the deadline specified on your option, then the reservation will automatically be cancelled.
On receipt of your contract and down payment, the Chalet du Dômes des Sonnailles agency will send your booking confirmation indicating the remaining balance.
Garage hire costs an additional 50 Euros
On the day of your arrival please check in at the reception desk with your confirmation letter, check in is after 3pm.
The remainder of your payment must be received at least 15 days before your arrival.
You must vacate your room before 10am on Saturday and make an appointment with reception to check your apartment.
Please make cheques payable to “SCI Le Chalet du Dômes des Sonnailles.”
Deposit
A deposit of 300 euros must be paid with the remainder of your payment to “SCI Le Chalet du Dômes des Sonnailles.”
Any loss, damage and cleaning charges, if the property is not left in a fit state, may be deducted from the deposit.
The refundable deposit will be returned by post within 15 days of your departure.
An inventory will be taken by the owner at the beginning and end of your stay.
Resort Tax
A resort tax, not included in the accommodation cost, is in place in the area. The amount depends upon the classification of the establishment, (0.70 euros per person/day for the type of accommodation we offer). It must be paid with the remaining balance i.e. at least 15 days before your arrival.
Changes or Cancellations
Changes on behalf of the customer
Any changes you wish to make must be sent by post.
Changes will be confirmed once the Chalet du Dômes des Sonnailles has sent you your new contract.
Any changes of date and/or accommodation will be treated as cancellation.
Cancellation on behalf of the customer
You must notify the Chalet du Dômes des Sonnailles of your cancellation by registered post.
In the event of cancellation :
your down payment will be retained by us :
- In more than one month before the effective date of the hiring, the tenant loses the down payments versed,
- in less than one month before the effective date of the hiring, the tenant will pour moreover the difference between the down payments and the equivalent of the total rent, for penalty clause.
Changes and/or Cancellations
In the event of an exceptional cancellation on account of the SCI Le chalet du Dôme de Sonnailles, the SCI is committed to offering a new proposal to the client, within a period of 8 days after it is notified in writing.
By contract signed with the Pralognan la Vanoise reservation center, the center has priority over internet reservations, even reservations made during the night.
It is therefore necessary that each client send a down-payment check as soon as they receive the mail confirmation of their reservation from the SCI LE CHALET DU DOME DES SONNAILLES, to ensure the updating of the reservation center’s planning schedule, as soon as the down- payment is received.
Bedding and Linen
- Bedroom with double bed
Lounge: 1 double sofa bed (140x200)
- Living room : a double sofa-bed
- Mezzanine: 1 double bed (140x200)
The bedding comprises woollen blanket, cotton mattress cover, pillows, bolsters and pillow and cover protectors
Towels and bathmats provided for 6 persons
HOWEVER, YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN BED SHEETS AND PILLOW CASES
(DOUBLE AND SINGLE)
Insurance
- Third party liability
Each tenant is advised to procure his own insurance to cover risks of theft, fire and water damage for the apartment, its furniture and risks to third party (neighbours).
- Cancellation insurance
We advise that you suscribe to our cancellation insurance, at a rate of 3,20% of the total amount of the rent, to be paid to the SCI Le Chalet du Dome des Sonnailles.
Obligations
Your apartment shall not be occupied by more than 6 persons, if you fail to comply with this condition we are entitled to refuse you entry or charge you.
Complaints Procedure
In the event of a complaint about your stay please write by registered post to the Chalet du Dômes des Sonnailles agency within 8 days of the last day of your stay. Any complaint regarding the condition of your property must be submitted within 3 days of the commencement of your stay. Any complaint concerning the terms and conditions of the lease that cannot be resolved on friendly terms will be dealt with at tribunal.
